These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between Sarthi Global and its clients. By utilizing our import-export services, you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these operational and legal frameworks.

Acceptance of Engagement

By engaging with Sarthi Global for import-export services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, vendors, and trade partners across all jurisdictions.

Intermediary & Facilitator Role

Sarthi Global acts as a professional intermediary and facilitator in international trade. Our services include product sourcing, documentation assistance, and logistics coordination. We do not assume ownership of goods unless explicitly stated in a signed procurement contract.

Client Regulatory Obligations

Clients are solely responsible for the legal validity of their trade documents, including but not limited to:

  • Import Export Code (IEC) and GST/VAT Registrations.
  • Product Certifications (MSDS, Origin, Quality certificates).
  • Sarthi Global is not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation.

Financial Instruments & Payments

  • Payments: All payments must be routed through authorized banking channels to ensure AML compliance.
  • Trade Finance: For transactions involving Letters of Credit (LC), terms must strictly comply with UCP 600 standards.
  • Price Adjustments: Any post-issuance changes in specification may result in price renegotiations.

Global Shipping & Risk Transfer

All shipments follow International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020. Risk of loss or damage transfers from the seller to the buyer according to the specified Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) documented in the bill of lading.

Limitation of Liability

Sarthi Global shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, global shipping line strikes, or sudden changes in international trade laws.

Intellectual Property

All digital assets, logos, and corporate identity found on this web interface are the exclusive property of Sarthi Global. Unauthorized use for trade misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
